Loralai Collection Point & Cold Storage (Pvt) Ltd is a Loralai based Company setup by Pakistan Horticulture Development & Export Company (PHDEC) and Provincial Govt. of Balochistan for vitalizing the Horticulture Sector. We are looking for a bright and ambitious Project Manager for the Company primarily responsible for:
Development of business plans, budgets and annual reports
Overall management of operations, human resource, marketing and financial management
Creating linkages with stakeholders including growers, traders, exporters, logistic and other relevant service and infrastructure providers
Coordinate with PHDEC and provincial/ local government authorities
Requirements of the position are:
At least post-graduate in business management or graduate in Agriculture, Agriculture Engineering or Agriculture Commerce with subject of economics with strong background in horticulture/agriculture marketing
Minimum of 5 years of practical experience at a senior managerial capacity in a reputable commercial organization
A team builder with leadership qualities and strong communication skills.
Salary package Rs. 30000/- per month (negotiable in case of extraordinary persons) with a company maintained car.
TORs
To
develop strategy / business plans to run the project on commercially
viable basis keeping in view the provincial and local government rules
& regulations
To
prepare (annual/ monthly) budgetand get its approval from the competent authority
To
manage the project on commercially sustainable grounds and perform all the
functions including management of human resource, operation, marketing,
procurement and financial management
To create linkages among the stakeholders including
growers, traders, buyers, exporters, service and infrastructure providers
To develop and maintain affective organization
structure and ensure that all staff members perform their responsibilities
as per their TOR’s.
To create liaison with the local government
authorities & agriculture department for smooth functioning of the
project
To follow up the with the allotees of plots for
payment of installments, construction of shops/other commercial centres,
up-keep and maintenance of the facilities
Take reasonable steps to ensure that project assets
are adequately safeguarded and optimized in the best interests of all the
stakeholders
To ensure maintenance of proper books of accounts,
their audit and compliance of the corporate requirements of the private
limited company
To coordinate with PHDEC and Provincial Government
for smooth operation of the project
To study and suggest various measures to CEO/Board of
Directors to achieve thestreamlining
of the supply chain in relation to Collection Point
